Valentino Haute Couture Fall 2009 Collection

Some fashion editors felt the collection was a bit “radical” as the new designers of the legendary Valentino label (Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pier Paolo Piccioli) launched their second couture collection. Without an ounce of the signature “Valentino Red” in sight, the collection was all black, making an obvious statement and bringing in a new era to the iconic label.
