The Black Nouveau

Hey all you fabulous, food-frenzy fans! I am back with another great NYC eatery for the budget conscious consumer. Delicatessen, located in Soho is a posh, downtown cool, hipster spot to grab some great grub, but not on a million dollar budget. Celebs such as, Whitney Port, Mike Meyers, Julia Stiles and Leighton Meister were all spotted there. That should be excuse enough to check out the place!

Now lets get to the food, the most amazing thing in my opinion to try is the Baked Mac & Cheese for $9 , the Cheeseburger Spring rolls for $10, and the Grilled lamb kebab for $10. Wait! that’s just the appetizers, my favorite entree (where I almost had a pleasure heart attack) is the Grilled Mahi Mahi for $22. Its was beyond delicious, for desserts they offer Milk & Cookies, Hot Chocolate, “Slice of Birthday Cake” (to die for!!) a candy bar, and so much more! So to sum it all up, if your looking for great tasting, “feel good food” in the realm of trendy Soho, try Delicatessen.
